The PCC administers a variety of programs designed to increase access to care and improve the quality of care in the Montgomery County health safety net.

Access to Care

The PCC strives to provide a coordinated network of high-quality care for vulnerable residents of Montgomery County. Montgomery Cares is the hub of all the patient care efforts PCC administers. The PCC works with the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), 11 independent safety-net clinics, five hospitals, and a number of other community partners to help patients access the full range of care they need.
